About
The Science, Technology and Advanced Research (STAR) Park at Texas State University is a 58-acre research park and technology incubator in San Marcos, anchored by the STAR One building since 2013. It provides secure wet-lab space, clean space and dedicated laboratory facilities for biotech, chemistry and materials-science tenants, alongside a technology incubation program and a conference center, filling the infrastructure gap in the Austin–San Antonio corridor.
