• The Flagship Accelerator: A highly competitive, hybrid 12-week program running annually from September to November. It accepts approximately 8 to 12 startups per year.
• Standard Terms: Selected startups receive an initial $30,000 cash investment in exchange for 8% equity, alongside in-kind perks valued at over $200,000 (such as legal, marketing, and software support).
• Follow-On Opportunities: Startups have the potential to secure additional follow-on investments and convertible notes, bringing the maximum cash investment potential up to $380,000.
• Performance Metrics: Since its founding, the Health Wildcatters portfolio has expanded to over 130 startups that have collectively raised more than $350 million in follow-on funding.
