The Texas Healthcare and Bioscience Institute (THBI) is the leading statewide trade association and public policy advocate dedicated to growing the life sciences, biotechnology, agriculture, and medical device industries in Texas. Founded in 1996 and based in Austin, THBI represents the collective interests of research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, clinical spaces, economic development entities, and emerging startups before state and federal regulatory bodies.
