Tailored specifically for late seed-stage to Series A digital health and medical device companies, this highly selective program shifts the emphasis away from typical business school basics to focus entirely on clearing clinical hurdles, establishing data security, navigating hospital procurement, and securing institutional validation.

Program Architecture & Progression

The accelerator operates an intensive, multi-phase matchmaking process designed to eliminate mismatched partnerships before equity or contracts are signed:

• The Diligence Bootcamp: A highly competitive, multi-day screening block where global startup finalists undergo vetting by clinical stakeholders and institutional mentors. This stage functions as a “no-strings-attached” test to ensure the startup’s tech directly addresses live operational pain points felt inside the medical complex.
• The 6-Month Accelerator: Startups that advance out of Bootcamp enter a customized six-month validation framework. Instead of generalized classes, founders work alongside dedicated Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs) to map out precise regulatory strategies, launch institutional pilots, structure clinical trials, and format data frameworks to comply with strict hospital IT security environments.
• Zero-Equity Model: Uniquely positioned as an ecosystem catalyst, the program does not take equity from participating startups. Success is measured solely on the traction, clinical pilots, and commercial contracts companies successfully secure within the medical network.
