The Austin Healthcare Council (AHC) is a premier, non-partisan 501(c)(6) nonprofit membership association designed to align and strengthen the healthcare ecosystem across Central Texas. Founded in 2016, the council acts as a high-level collaborative hub where executive-level minds from various medical, clinical, and technological disciplines convene to share insights, build partnerships, and spark systemic healthcare innovation.

Target Audience & Strict Membership Criteria

The Austin Healthcare Council is built specifically for top-tier leaders who directly influence the local healthcare infrastructure.

• C-Suite Restriction: Membership is strictly corporate and restricted to C-level executives (such as CEOs, CFOs, and SVPs) representing organizations within the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem. Individual memberships are not accepted.
• Diverse Representation: Member organizations span a broad spectrum, including major hospital networks (such as Ascension Texas, St. David’s, and Texas Children’s), physician groups, insurers, digital health startups, pharmaceutical companies, legal/financial professional service providers, academic institutions, and government agencies.
